Just completed on a property this week, sold by Broomheads. I've been in contact with Lisa during the whole process and in finalising the sale. Lisa has been very helpful throughout the whole process and has helped in contacting others to push things along when needed.

During our somewhat long length of time we had our small business for sale. No fault of Broomheads. But time wasters backing out at the 11th hour. (Twice). The team specifically Lisa and Donna. Helped us to the Nth degree.
No question was ignored or unanswered. Helped to contact solicitor and external sectors IE council. Had to take abuse via potential clients over the phone. But kept the professional attitude at all times.

Don't feel I would be letting with them anytime. Asked about a property and was told it was available, decided to proceed with applications and stuff, had it all sent only to be told about an hour later that the property was no longer available, however, I am still seeing the property on letting sites. So either it's not taken and they lied or they just can't be bothered to remove the property.
