I practise around Denton, Greater Manchester and Buxton, Derbyshire. I am always happy to travel to your home address so you can undergo therapy in the comfort of your own home. The aim of hypnotherapy is to assist people in finding alternatives to their present way of thinking, feeling or behaving.

Therapy also helps clients become more accepting of themselves and others. Hypnotherapy addresses the client's subconscious mind to enable the use of direct suggestions for beneficial change. The Hypnotherapist needs the client to be in a relaxed state, so it is important that the client should feel comfortable and at ease with their therapist.
Services
You will need just one hypnotherapy session to stop smoking. This session lasts for around 60 to 90 minutes. I used to smoke myself so I do have personal first-hand experience of the mind-set needed to stop smoking successfully and permanently. No matter what your circumstances are, if you really want to stop, you will and I would love to help you achieve it.
Many people, at some point in their lives decide they want to lose a few pounds or stones. Diets and dieting are a multi-million pound industry. There are many types of diets. The word diet itself may be perceived as having to go without or depriving yourself of something you enjoy. It is no wonder that many people find it difficult to last the course.
When you become distressed by noise whether it's snoring or any unwelcome repetitive sound then something happens in your mind. You come to anticipate the sound so your expectation (that you'll be kept awake again by snoring) actually stresses you out before the snoring even begins. Now you find yourself in the position of listening out for it.
It's usually at this stage that you will either self-medicate or seek help from the doctor. The doctor may prescribe sleeping pills. The idea is to aid a restful night's sleep and hopefully restore the sleeping habit again. Unfortunately, some people get dependant on sleeping pills. They believe that they will not be able to sleep without them and so use them every night.
Anxiety can be caused by many situations or experiences. What makes one person anxious will not necessarily have the same effect on another person. It may be that your perception of your situation, based on your past life experiences is playing a part in your current feeling of anxiety. People unnecessarily suffer anxiety because of what has happened to them in the past.
