Have stayed there before too and have always liked staying there. But my most recent stay there between 4th-18th January 2022 was special and it was due to Sara and Andrea. They were so very kind and helpful. Wonderful people. Ujjal too was very nice ! Would definitely love to stay there again while in London. I highly recommend this hotel because of the service of the staff there and the location is difficult to beat. So centrally located just parallel to Bond Street ! The overall experience was just superb !

Could not rate this Hotel any higher, hotel staff could not be more friendly and helpful, very clean and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
The hotel owner Paul, even helped us out himself, when we accidently lock ourselves out of the room, could not be more helpful.
Will be staying here again.

I purchased afternoon tea for two via Groupon and my wife and I had an amazing experience. From entering the hotel, the doorman was very courteous and asked us if we needed any help, once I explained that were were an hour early for our afternoon tea booking, her sat us down at the lounge and immediately informed us that it wouldn't be a problem. The waiting area / reception was very cozy and homely, it didn't feel like a hotel The fireplace greatly compliments the ambience and decor. The surroundings gave off a very British heritage vibe which was comforting. We were soon seated at our table which

I prepaid for a 9 day stay at the Leonard in January for a visit in March. I realized that I had booked one day too many and contacted the reservation desk in February to adjust my reservation. They would not change my reservation because I pre-paid. Then we had to leave London early due to Corona Virus travel bans and the hotel would not refund me anything for the nights we could not use. Their response was that I pre-paid so they couldn't give a refund. Why should someone be penalized for giving you the full amount of their booking upfront and allowing you to use their money before

I had the worst stay at #theleonardhotel London, my suitcases were stolen from the hotel reception on the 31st of December’19.. the hotel staff kept saying that they’ve been replaced with some other guest’s luggage. No information was given and the hotel manager, Mrs. P showed up on the 2nd(2 days after the incident) telling how a guy just came up and took the luggage off.. she even showed me the images of the CCTV cameras of the guy with our suitcases. Our New Years Eve wasspoiled and things worth £14000 (including cash) were lost. She told us that we’ll get the full

This review is for the afternoon tea only. A French friend of mine was in town and she wanted to do something "super British." Neither of us had done afternoon tea or high tea before, and after comparing prices and being honest about how many scones we could actually put away, we decided an afternoon tea was the way to go. The hotel offered a Groupon deal; we got the non-alcoholic offer for 2 people, which cost £21. I felt this was a reasonable price and really enjoyed my experience.
The hotel is very centrally located, near Hyde Park and Marble Arch. However, we misjudged our travel

While we did not stay here, we found a Groupon for afternoon tea including champagne for a great price for London. It includes: finger sandwiches, petit four pastries, warm scones w/ clotted cream and preserves, cupcakes, tea of choice, and a glass of champagne. We were sat promptly and what followed was delicious, filling, and quite posh. It felt like the most proper English tea. The tea was steaming hot, the champagne crisp and delicious and the food was superb. What was especially delightful was our server, Puna (spelling?) who was kind, sweet, always smiling. Hopefully this is the first of

Hotel is in a good location. Very close to metro, Oxford street ( shopping), and walking distance to Soho ( pubs and restaurants). Staff were pleasant and helpful. Although, we didn't spend too much time in room, but it was a bit disappointing. Decor is dated, carpet was once a red hue but was turned to a reddish black. Comforter showed signs of age as the white color was now yellow.
This hotel is probably about 12 miles from airport and cost about 65 pounds for a taxi ride.
