Excellent Service. I have been a client of Harringtons for several years on the rental side of their business. We instructed them to act on a sale for us. We sold the property after much advice and consultation with the Harrington's team achieving the target price. Thank you to the team especially, George who kept me sane throughout the process .He had to constantly remind me that selling a property is very different to renting properties to tenants. From the personal and warm welcome by your first name with a big smile when you visit to the being escorted to the door and seen off with a warm handshake, this just put the chains to shame. We sold our house with Harrington as they were the local agent close by. We had a fantastic service via Kayleigh who came and gave us an estimated selling price, advertised on all the social web sites and also… helped with the viewings. Also Anne helped with the selling and transactions with potential buyers, put us in touch with a solicitor and kept us up to date all the time. She was very friendly and efficient all leading to a reasonably quick sale. Thank you both very much.
