Absolutely terrible company. Told me the landlord sold up A WEEK before I was supposed to move in!
Then when they offered me another property, they give it to another person. Called multiple times and no one answered the phone. Almost left homeless as I already gave my current landlord the notice to move out. When looking for a property I will NEVER use this company again.

Great and helpful staff working on the back off a great platform that meant I could make virtual tours of the property with zero travel before I was sure I wanted it.

We recently moved from our apartment to a new house with Payne Associates. The service we received was amazing; we haven’t moved often before so we had lots of questions and needed quite a bit of help!
Matthew at Payne Associates was brilliant and so helpful - he constantly kept us updated with the process / progress - no question was too small and we were able to feel confident in the move at all times. We cannot thank him enough for all of his help!!
