Merrick Binch Estate Agents was set up in 2009 by Trevor Binch, Michael Binch, Nick Williams and Claire Merrick at a time when most estate agents were closing their doors and making staff redundant. Having been in the estate agency business from the mid 90s, I could see most estate agents were still doing the same out of date practices and expecting a different result.
Nick Williams is the managing director / owner of Merrick Binch estate agents. Nick has been in the property industry from many years. I am very happy with my purchase via Merrick Binch. Tim has been excellent, he was not only very responsive he was also really trying his best to help move things forward. The absolute worst agency in the entire world. They care about money and not providing good services. They do not care for their tenants. I am a student at the University of Warwick and despite the numerous amounts of negative reviews about this agency I still decided to go through with it.
They have decided it's okay to take £2,400 of our deposit (entire deposit) and we have had numerous problems with this agency. They will take advantage of you because you are a student and don't expect you to fight back. So please don't even let them do that to you.

In one word I can say Merrick Binch Estate Agents are top class. They have provided so much support right from the start of the sale process. Their honest, friendly and professional guidance throughout the process was exceptional. Tim in particular have been so friendly and always reachable anytime of the day. He is truly a star.
