I'm sure the holiday would have been good but we spent 2 years waiting only to be let down 2 weeks before the event.
Helpfully moved our trip twice due to covid. Which is why they kept above 1 star. (The sales office are chatty and helpful)
However 3 months before the trip was due, they booked completely different tickets via a completely different layover on a different day that we couldnt make [term time], only telling us 2 weeks before the flight was due when we queried why we hadn't heard anything.
We then battled for a month to get any refund back phoning up everyday hearing every excuse

That like taking your money but will not give you a refund I had troubles paying them with my M.phone and my iPad. Paid £200.00 in 3 ways would not do any more.My Bank told me to get a refund and they will sort it all out for me.Tropical Sky will not pay me my refund. So we can not go on a holiday with them.My Bank will not give them any more money till I get my refund. So I do not recommend them. All so they do not get back to you when you send them a email.

We have used Tropical Sky on many occasions for our holidays to the USA, Hawaii, Australia, India, Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia Last year we booked to travel to Canada. Then the pandemic came!! Holidays where cancelled. As we had used Tropical Sky on so many occasions and recommended to friends and family we initially had no concerns that we wouldn't be treated well, However that wasn't to be the case - the staff we spoke with avoided our questions, did not respond when agreed they would, denied there

Be extremely cautious as even given the current climate and pandemic this company will not refund the deposit!! I would seriously suggest that you use other companies and please do read the small print and do your research before booking!! I in future would stick to reputable companies like BA, Emirates etc. Extremely disappointed with Tropical Sky!!

I booked with Tropical Sky for my daughter and son - in - law as a surprise honeymoon. The booking was good and straightforward. Despite a few initial difficulties on arrival Tropical Sky have ensured they have a wonderful experience in Mauritius. The Customer Support Team have more than made up for the original misunderstanding and the Honeymooners are having a wonderful holiday at Half Board with special Honeymoon Package. We chose them for our wedding, and it was Beyond All expectations! the most stress-free hustle-free and dream like wedding ever! and we've been to all our friends weddings, we are the last ones to get married =) all paperwork was done in no time with Fred Harrison by emails and fax, paid by the phone, got married in Mauritius, Veranda Pointe Aux Biches, - absolute paradise, all our friends said they wanted the same for them. once in the lifetime you deserve it to be Your way and Perfect.

The one agent I would avoid like the plague. Consistently failed to provide necessary and critical information in time, did not act in our best interests of our party of 3 and in the end a wedding that took a year to plan has had to be cancelled along with a 2 centre holiday to Cuba, you would have though that with a total spend of £9,300 it would have been in their interest to ensure customer service was key, in fact I've had better service at KFC.
Staff seem to be constantly in disarray and lack ownership of delivering a service that they are getting paid for. Probably exclusive and high
