I was greatly impressed upon my arrival by the parking allocation, once I reached the room I was booked, I found a clean, fresh room, with a clean and tidy bathroom room. The welcome pack contained all the information I required to access the internet. The strength of the internet wifi signal was brilliant inside my room. I was greatly impressed by the staff who were very polite, professional and friendly. I will be recommending the Gatwick Belmont.

This place is a gem! Full of character and very handy for Gatwick Airport. They have their own shuttle bus and will get you there and back for a lot less than a taxi. As the prices are low I want expecting a very high quality experience but I was quite wrong, the rooms are spotless with all the facilities you'd like, fully stocked hot drinks options, a hot and refreshing shower, easy to control heating, windows that open. The bar and restaurant are very comfortable and welcoming, and the food is great! The staff are very friendly too.. I will come again next time I'm this way, highly recommended

Great value for money hotel, really nice staff and good facilities with hangers, towels, hairdryer, TV, and coffee etc. You have to pay extra for parking but it's the same everywhere in the area. Can check in really late and help is on hand all night. Didn't try the pub food but looked lovely! Had a great night's sleep and would definitely recommend!

While we were only here one night as we came in from Belfast to Gatwick, then to fly out in the morning to Florida. When we got there, we were sorted out straight away and taken to our cabin, comfortable rooms, bit small, but overall, all we needed was a bed and it was perfect.
We were up rather early, not expecting breakfast, surprisingly they had things on at 7am. We were also given a ride to our terminal, by the staff. Great bunch and made us feel welcome.

Everything was brilliant except I didn't like that there was gaps in the keyhole to the room so people could look in if they wanted to. The breakfast was superb with fried bread so in my opinion they have the best all you can eat breakfast I have ever had. Also the bar is amazing as well. Service is very very friendly and welcoming. The room itself and the bed and the shower are decent.

The rooms were small but nice, except there was no air conditioning and we were there when it was very hot. You can ask for a fan. It helped a little. There is great shuttle service to and from the Gatwick airport, at 6 pounds per room each way (only 3 per person for the two of us). The continental breakfast was pretty good but there were no boiled eggs. A full breakfast is available at 7:30 am, but we had to leave before that.

Nice hotel! The room is super tiny but it's modern and clean. Guest services was really nice and the continental breakfast was great. It's short walking distance to the town of Gatwick and they have a few nice restaurants. Also if you need a quick jacket/clothes and/or new luggage case there is a large thrifty shop nearby to stock up on items if you need!

This is just not worth it.
It was in a very sketchy area. If you are traveling from out of town and would like clean and safe accommodations... this is not the place!
We were hoping to stay in clean, safe environment the night before our flight and first, I just did not feel safe in the area. Second, the staff was nice enough but just not helpful. Third, the rooms were very small and dingy, we saw some mold as well. Not a place even good enough to take a hot shower and sleep.
We left, they did not give us any refund and we still chose to stay in a place in the airport for only 20 pounds more

Solid hotel for the money. No frills. Clean and comfortable. Well situated near Gatwick airport. My room had 3 beds which seemed like overkill. The hotel is a short walk from the center of the town which has a few restaurants open late night (kebab and Indian food) and a large pub that was bumping. The hotel provides transportation to the airport for a fee.

We had a grand meal here in the Belmont bar & restaurant.
Staying down the street for one night before we flew away the next day, we headed out not long after we checked in for some sustenance. And we found the Belmont.
The decor in the dining room and bar is very dated. It seemed to have an Irish farming theme to it, which was not what I was expecting. But I still found it charming all the same.
Our server was very prompt and nice too.
I had the chicken and leek pie. My hubby the burger. It was standard pub grub, but it was nice and really hit the spot for both of us.

This is the most wonderful overnight travel stay ever. Our flight was late - so we arrived at midnight. They turned on the stove and cooked up some dinner for our hungry souls. After a great rest in a luxurious room - the taxi service run by the Belmont House was fantastic. We had a late night call for Sweden that came in to the desk and they delivered the message in the morning while letting us sleep. Excellent service.
