From modest funerals, to high profile funeral processions, from traditional funerals to the more unique and unusual, we are proud to deliver the same standard of care, service and support to every individual or family who asks for our care. There are a vast range of options when arranging a funeral and I have encountered many different kinds of requests over the years while serving Lewes, Ringmer and surrounding villages.
To my knowledge, all of these have been accommodated to ensure that each funeral is a fitting tribute to those we are caring for. Where possible, I try my utmost to give you my personal attention from the initial arrangements, to the day of the funeral and beyond, so you are ensured the continuity of a familiar face.

Services
Originally pursuing a career in Forensic Science, Grace was first introduced to the funeral profession during work experience at the age of 15. Following this, Grace realised her vocation and was lucky enough to have a position made for her as Trainee Funeral Director. Her role meant she worked closely with the full time chauffer bearers, assisting over 300 funerals per year.
We appreciate that arranging a funeral can be daunting. For those of you who have been fortunate enough not to need the help of a funeral director before, please be reassured that our role is to do everything we can for you. All you need to do is speak with us to tell us what you require and if you wish, we'll do the rest.
Please remember that we are here to offer advice, information and support in any way we can, regardless of being chosen to conduct the funeral. Call us for more information. When someone dies at home you should contact the person's GP if they have been ill (or the Doctor on duty) who may attend and confirm that death has occurred.
We are here to help create a bespoke and fitting day of remembrance - however individual your requests are. A funeral should reflect a person's character, using your ideas, their own requests and incorporating their particular beliefs, passions and hobbies. A service of cremation may be chosen to co-ordinate with the family's needs and at times is not attended at all by the family.
For families who have decided to utilise this facility you may make donations, send messages of condolence, share memories and pictures as well as light candles. If you are a UK taxpayer, please consider completing a Gift Aid form to accompany your postal donation. Out of our office hours, this inbox is not closely monitored so if your enquiry is urgent, please telephone 01273 813333.

Grace has been absolutely amazing, so supportive providing such a good service to our family with arranging my Dads funeral during these incredibly difficult Covid-19 times. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who listens and genuinely cares about their wishes being met. Thank you so much Grace for all your support.

Grace and her team were very patient and extended us every assistance at a difficult time. All of our enquiries were met with an understanding and timely response. Arrangements were made to wish our departed on their way in a small but perfect ceremony. Caring, compassionate and professional, helping us grieve whilst taking all the worry from organising a funeral. Couldn't rate Grace highly enough!
