Can't not thank Maria and the whole team at Jefferies funeral directors enough. They made an awful day for our family go as smoothly as possible. Chris & Maria at Simon Jefferies made our Mum's (Emine) funeral a much better experience than ever anticipated. It was a surreal and tragic time for our family, but having the support from Chris was so fantastic. From the moment we engaged their services, (an out of hours phone call) we knew she was in safe hands. Arranging for Mum to be collected from hospital the very next morning meant we didn't have to worry, and was a surprising reassurance . I want to say a massive thank you for Chris, Maria, Simon and the rest of the staff at jefferies for the most incredible service throughout on behalf of all the family. You were kind and sympathetic, welcoming and professional and you helped with the arrangements for my grandad from start to finish you helped with all our needs. We would like to thank Simon and his team for all the help, advice and kindness that they showed my mother, sister and myself when our husband, and father, passed away. The service they provided was professional and yet we really felt cared for, Simon said we were 'his' family and therefore he was there for us. The funeral and service were just what we wanted and the celebrant, Catherine, so patient and kind. Thank you.

I'm not normally one for writing reviews but feel it's the least I can do to show my gratitude to Simon. Arranging my estranged brothers funeral was an upsetting and difficult time for me especially as it was done over the phone from Cornwall! Simon made a very complex situation as simple as possible whilst always being there for me to answer any questions and offer help. Simon personally took the service which was so lovely, I'm sure my brother would of been proud. Thanks Simon, I will never forget what you did for us. Kelly
