A.O.T was set up to provide an Accurate On Time service in the field of Precision Engineering and has over 30 years' experience in prototyping and batch production. Services
A.O.T offers a one-off to a high volume precision engineering service in various materials such as Steel, Brass, Aluminium, Copper, Plastics and Tungum. CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) benefits the customer by producing components with repetition and accuracy. Complex components and assemblies are made with ease, high speed precision machining to shorten lead times.
We hold an extensive range of hose fittings on site but if we do not have what you require we can stock it next day. We also offer hydraulic hose swaging and crimping. Swaging is a process where an items dimensions are altered using a die/dies to reduce its diameter. Crimping is the process in which a fitting/assembly is permanently connected to the end of a hose or component.
A.O.T hold a large amount of steel stock from 3mm up to 240mm in a variety of different shapes from round, square and hexagonal bright bar for machining jobs to circular hollow section and angle iron for fabrication jobs. We also have a large section of different variaties of sheet metal available in different thicknesses and materials, hot and cold rolled steel, 316 and 304 stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminium, weld mesh and spark guard.
A.O.T have the capacity to produce a large variety of laser cuts, flame cut and water jet parts from the smallest washer to large cut sheets of any design such as the Fakenham Junior School railings which A.O.T Engineering Ltd were very proud to manufacture, finish and install. A.O.T offer a large variety of CE approved structural steels from stock and next day delivery, from universal channel to PFC parallel flanges channel, and standard universal beams from 100x55x8.1 to 610x229x140. We have a large fabrication shop with the highest skilled opperatives to meet your needs from single lintel beams to complete steel house structures.
