Was billed for parts and work I didn't ask for and only knew about when the bill was placed infront of me after the work was carried out. Untrustworthy.
Asked for a handbrake adjustment on a new caliper and new hand brake cables. Was billed for caliper removal and new brake pads at the cost of £95 and still have a handbrake that needs adjusting. When I contacted them it was explained to me they have bedded in after the 1 mile drive they have received and they would be happy to fit me in and charge me again for a handbrake adjustment.
I'm £95 down with new pads I didn't need and a handbrake

What amazing people!
The suspension collapsed on my car last night, I rang up 1st thing and it was no problem for them to have the car as quickly as I could get it there.
They replaced the broken coil spring and did some routine maintenance that I knew was needed, 2 new tyres all balanced and wheel alignment and a track rod end.
All done with no notice the car was coming in. I dropped the car off around 8:45 and everything was done and ready to collect by 4. I guess if they didn't have to wait for a parts delivery it would have been even quicker!
