Howard Civil Engineering Ltd (HCE) was founded in 2003 by director Michael Howard and specialises in four disciplines; S278 and Infrastructure, Civil Engineering and Groundworks, Reinforced Concrete Frames, and Roads and Sewers. Working as both Main Contractor and Sub Contractor, Howard Civil Engineering are skilled constructors working across four primary disciplines. We deliver civil engineering and groundworks for new educational premises, landmark city-centre retail complexes and colossal manufacturing and warehouse facilities, and we also have a wealth of experience in erecting reinforced-concrete frames for residential, leisure and commercial developments.
Howard Civil Engineering are specialists in all aspects of reinforced concrete, from retaining walls and attenuation systems to bridges and RC frames. 1 star is far far too good for this bunch of cowboys How bad can a company get if Hall Ings wasn't bad enough just look at the state of Greengages months of total chaos and queues I can't see how they manage to get council contracts. I am so pleased that the 'workers' if that's what you call them have been given the Christmas holidays off while the public queue I hope they will be allowed take their shovels home...otherwise what will they lean on

Howard Civil Engineering has been a client of mine for nearly 10 years. As a photographer and drone pilot I get to see the quality of their work first hand and have always been impressed. They have very interesting and diverse projects and I always enjoy working for them.
