Our building services engineering consultancy is led by LEDA's commitment to sustainable building design. Our dedicated Passive House design service is modelled on the Passive House Planning Package. Whether you're intending to build and certify your building to the Passive House standard, or use the principles of the Passive House method to achieve a low energy building, we can support your project with advice, design and specification.
Sometimes buildings don't perform as expected or are desired to perform better and LEDA helps clients who are seeking solutions to what can seem like complicated problems. We are experienced in the process of assessing how existing buildings perform and how this affects the people who live, work and interact with them.
