We struggled to find a structural engineer who could work within our timescale until we contacted Simba Consultants Ltd. Parminder not only managed to accommodate us at short notice but he was incredibly professional, helpful and responded to all queries and concerns we had about the property. The property itself was a cause for concern with issues of subsidence but Parminder was very calm and positive which helped us also stay calm and positive. Simba Consultants & Parminder have gone the extra mile and we are very grateful for the outstanding service and support he has provided.

Great experience with a structural survey, I contacted a couple of places but Parminder was helpful and knowledgeable even from the initial phone call before I booked in. The survey was carried out promptly and I received the report 3 days later which was clear and in depth. Parminder was also very helpful with explaining some finer details of the report afterwards - would thoroughly recommend!

The service we received from Parminder was absolutely fantastic! After getting a Homebuyers survey done on a house we are looking to buy (with a different surveyor organised by the bank) we were told we needed a Structural survey completing. As we are looking to beat the Stamp Duty deadline we were in a rush. The first time I spoke to Parminder he filled me with confidence, and was very easy to talk to. He did the survey the following week and returned the survey same day, which is incredible baring in mind we had to wait 3 weeks for the Homebuyers. Parminder even talked me through the survey for

We had a great experience with designing some steel work for a residential extension. Simba Consultants answered all of our enquiries promptly and were very helpful in evolving the design towards exactly what we wanted. The finished product is detailed and professional and we would not hesitate to use them again!
