Are you aware that proper stretching of the film is necessary to optimize load retention capabilities of the film to secure your goods to the pallet. Adding additional and unnecessary layers of film to the load is not the best way to retain the load and save money. Just because your pallet wrapper is applying film to the load, it does not mean to say that it is working efficiently.
Manually erecting and closing the flaps on a carton is a laborious and slow process making it quite an expensive operation. To speed this manual process up we have the Starbox which is pneumatically driven and will close all 4 base flaps when placing the erected carton on top it. The carton can now be slid over a base taping unit on its way to be packed.
We have the very best built and the best technical range of taping machines at the best prices. The range consists of side drive and top drive tapers to accommodate different types of cartons. There are fixed height top tapers or self-adjusting height tapers if there is a selection of cartons on the conveyor simultaneously.
