We have the technology to provide a complete service from Concept to manufacture and a dedicated account manager will work with you and our designers to ensure your specific requirements are carried through to the initial production stage. After your working sample is produced we will dispatch the pack to you via our carriers for road testing usually within one week of the initial enquiry.

Services
Regularly every day shapes used for general padding, industrial supports & blocks are usually sawn or bandsawn on either a hand operated band knife, or a high speed automatic band knife for high volume production runs. Standard 2D profiles, cut parts, pads, blocks and strips are offered across the whole range of foam materials we stock.
Custom made promotional inserts are either bespoke designs which are designed and specified by Styrotech's design team or developed from your own specification and files. We tend to specify the use of low density Plastazote foams which are available in a large range of exciting colours and densities, these high quality foams lend themselves to point of sale packaging and promotional foam inserts.
Plastazote and rubber materials are available in a wide range of densities and thicknesses which are stable, chemically inert, extremely hard warring and non abrasive. For Fast development of working samples we require a set of components or accurate drawings. We are happy to make site visits to offer advice and show material samples.
Custom made Foam inserts manufactured and developed at Styrotech's foam facility are either bespoke design's which are designed and specified by our in house engineers or developed from your own specification. For this type of high end re-usable product we offer a comprehensive range of high performance closed cell, cross linked Polyethylenes, our most popular type is Plastazote.
