Worst buying experience ever with disgusting customer service. At first they said my order had been delivered, then they said it had been refused. I had to find out for myself that it had actually been returned to sender because they had allegedly attempted delivery once outside office hours and not left a delivery attempt card. Nothing was done for 5 days to get my order back out to me so I ran out of boxes, and when I asked for a refund they twice offered me a refund only on the condition that I did not leave a negative feedback. How did that work out?
