Absolutely disgraceful! They tell you what you can and cannot have and then when you tell them you have gone else where they laugh over the phone (Jamie) and his gormless Son (Chris) just sits in the office offering no help and being very blunt.
They tell you that something is not possible when it clearly is! I think these untrained monkeys need to go work for Franks! Get some experience before opening a shoddy shop
