From the start the whole process was professionally dealt with from the explanation about the product , it’s quality and the ordering and fitting process .
Amtico Flooring is not cheap but it was gratifying that Jack took time to explain the product and how it compared to other alternatives.
After further research we decided to go with Instinctive Flooring because of the time taken by Jack , his knowledge of the product , the quality of the product and the detailed explanation of fitting .
Once the order was placed ,after the detailed t and c‘s were explained ,and the fitting date was agreed

Sharon in the office was great to deal with and helped us along the way, Jack was brilliant and showed us every option that suited our needs.
As for the actual floor, absolutely stunning! Has really brought our home together and is the first thing you notice when you walk into our home.
We went with the oak Parquet from Amtico and it is lovely, can I just mention Bjorn the fitter who executed a amazing job.
It is actually flawless!
