Absolutely love my flooring from Bartrams. From the moment I walked through the showroom door and being greeted and looked after by Charlotte. To the team of fitters that came, the experience was fantastic. Excellent service, they do exactly what they say they’ll do and everyone is so helpful knowledgeable about their products and friendly too. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish. We were wanting some new flooring for both the sitting rooms and the hallway. Kathryn kept us updated at all times, confirmed the start date weeks in advance and the chaps started on the day confirmed. Teo and Chris were just brilliant, punctual, polite (good fun too) and advised us at all stages with what they were doing, listening to our wishes too. Faultless from start to finish and the pictures I hope, speak for themselves.

I honestly could not recommend Bartram Flooring Services enough. A friend in Sedgefield recommended BFS to me and I am so glad they did. From my initial interactions with BFS to the after care, the service has been impeccable and second to none. Nothing is too much to ask and the outcome is just stunning. I'm honestly so, so happy with it. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and I have recommended BFS to everybody I know who needs flooring.

Kathryn supplied all carpets in my new house. She helped me every step in the way; choice, quality, price. The level of service I received within this process was second to none. Kathryn communicated clearly at every stage. Every date was met and the fitters were all excellent. I cannot thank her and her team enough for their level of care and consideration.
