Now that this has popped up on my phone I might aswell comment. They didn't complete the job, as floor fitter said he was ordering some beading to finish off the entrance. He said ,£40 which was taking my eyes out, but said yes to get job finished. Never got back to me as they had already got there money for the flooring. Was disappointed in customer service as put faith in them to complete the job. And went in to pay bill fully beforehand and was asked twice by owners brother if I'd paid the bill at a later date, didn't think it was very professional.
