Absolutely pathetic service! Medical services here are running behind 100 years as of any backward country. Firstly you have to call at 8 or 2 to fix appointment. When you call bots speak to you and after a long hold, if you are lucky some human will pick up the call. Those humans are indisciplined receptionist. They don’t have manners how to talk to people. Once I tried calling to them sitting in-front of receptionist and they didn’t receive it as the phone didn’t ring. There is one small red LED on the phone which blinks when somebody calls and those ignorant people are busy gossiping rather

Very rude receptionist. Nothing bad to say about the Doctors. The system for arranging an appointment and requesting medication is awfully outdated, and it is almost impossible to speak to a human when you call. I have always had to call at least a week in advance.

Such rude receptionists. Every time I order a prescription it is never sent to the pharmacy even a week later and I have to phone the surgery again.

This GP is just the worst one I have ever come across. The reception staff is a disgusting joke, I'm not sure what exactly they do all day cz my calls are never answered. It keeps ringing until you get exhausted and just give up. I had a blood test 2 MONTHS AGO and since have been trying to get a GP appointment , let alone a specialist to look at me. I am in extreme need of medical attention however this GP is disgustingly hopeless. Not sure if this review will change anything, cz it seems the surgery doesn't really care. But if you are planning to register here ... Don't...

This has been by far the rudest reception staff I have come across in my experience. They would be unfit for any customer service role, let alone a public medical service. They have anger management issues.
The administration managing this surgery and have deserted their duties (otherwise reception would have some training?) their systems are outdated, their processes are uncontrolled and inadequate and risk the public. Stay clear if you value your health.

Possibly the nicest and best GP practice I have ever used. The receptionists are lovely and are always so helpful, they couldn't do more for my wee boy Èideard and always been really lovely even in regards to me or my husband. Even my health visitor who I got through the practice is so so so lovely. I actually miss the practice now that I have moved.

I've wasted so much time not getting through and having calls dropped when I do get through. I've ended up just ordering meds online and if I actually need to see a doctor going either private or leaving it and waiting to see if I need ER, I can't really afford it but at least I can actually get help that way.

The staff at the reception they don't respect people and they cut off the line on you. It is the worst experience I have had with the GP in the UK. It is the place which you never want to go there and this impacts our communication with our doctors and may have consequences on our health.

Whenever I need to make a call, I know to call a week ahead as they never pick up the phone and it takes 7 calls a day for 5 days straight before somebody answers. The reception staff, nurses and doctors are helpful and nice, but getting through to them is a nightmare.

Practice staff are always pleasant and courteous whenever I phone, and the doctors and health professionals have always been understanding of my ailments and needs.
Can't understand why there are so many bad reviews. Perhaps it's "entitled" people posting embellished facts, and leaving out details of behaviour which would show themselves up in a bad light?
