I rang up for a quotation, over the period of 12 days I’ve rang back 4 times and there seems to be no answer. Every time all they say is you have plenty of time as there’s 13 days remaining for your renewal.
I’m sorry but 13 days is nothing when your shopping around for the best quotation.
Anyways to cut a long story short, come the day of renewal I ring safe and sound again and ask them their best rate, the LADY says we can’t beat your renewal, not even knowing what my renewal is. Her manner over the phone was very rude and when asked on the quotation, she deliberately doubled the figure
