Lockyers specialises in commercial property insurance from single site to a large portfolios, even those considered high risk such as in a flood area or with a history of subsidence. We are happy to quote for property classified as high risk, including property used in the petro-chemical or waste processing industries, vacant / unoccupied buildings or if there is a history of previous claims.
