Very Disappointed , we used WTJ Insurance for the past 4 / 5 years after being wooed by the very charming Mark Woodhead. Sadly his team do not have the same charisma, we ran into problems with WTJ when they sold us a very dubious Premier Guarantee policy which caused us financial loss, and was in effect a worthless policy , WTJ still insisted they were entitled to their broker fee, even though they knew how poor the company they had introduced us to were. They disregarded us as a customer, and are very short sighted, and not into making long term customers. Surely it is easier to retain an existing

I have been dealing with WTJ and Jagjit for the past 6 years now and they have always gone the extra mile always being on hand if anything urgent pops up even out of working hours.
