Beverley Hypnosis
My name is Sabine Stone, and I'm a hypnotherapist based in Beverley; I also offer my expertise online for those who can't meet with me in person. Hypnotherapy can alleviate many different issues that may be overwhelming your life, or the life of a loved one; these include anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-sabotage, self-harm, PTSD, fear, phobias, trauma, and smoking, to name but a few.

Professional treatment and guidance can provide you with the strength and support that you need to lead a free and self-determined life; if you are struggling with pain from the past or worries about the future, therapy might be the answer you are looking for. Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for change, and can even be a cure.
Services
I'm a client-centred therapist, helping clients improve their lives for the better. My considerable experience over many years gives me the skills and confidence to work with a number of different challenges that my clients present. I have extensive training in therapeutic interventions, ranging from hypnosis to cognitive therapies.
Rachel had been a 'functioning' alcoholic for more than 15 years. She needed two bottles of wine each evening. She was overweight and very unhappy. Apart from some issues in childhood we found that her problems related to a number of Past Life traumas. In all of them she was left bereaved which may explain her fear of forming relationships.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a non-invasive technique that can release unwanted emotions and usually bring about a permanent change from a number of issues. It is completely pain free, the effects are usually permanent and sometimes appear to be miraculous. What is EFT? EFT has been developed in the United States and has its roots in Applied Kinesiology.
To have a healthy level of confidence it is important to know that you are loved and that it matters what you do, that you are able to acknowledge your own skills and talents. When this is missing people often avoid doing new things because they worry about failing. When a person is confident they will do what they think is right even when others disapprove.
When we do the same thing over and over again our mind simply makes the assumption that it is useful. One example for this is when first learning to ride a bike, once mastered it is just a habit and happens subconsciously. However, there are plenty of unhealthy habits such as smoking, nail-biting or overeating.

After suffering a very dark spell of depression. I was advised to give Hypnosis a try. The first hypnotherapist that I visited did a great job of pulling me out of the darkness but I knew that there was still something not quite right and I could feel the darkness creeping back again so I decided to get help from a more qualified Hypnotherapist.
Sabine was so warm and friendly that I felt at ease from our first meeting and I trusted her completely.
All through our sessions she made copious and detailed notes which she kept referring back to. This, along with her skill and professionalism uncovered

This lady is amazing. I’ve been twice now, once to stop drinking and once to stop smoking. Whilst Sabine manages this with ease she also spends time with you to work out the route cause/causes of the problem and addresses that/those too.
I can not recommend Sabine highly enough. Saved me a fortune and probably added 20 years to my life too.

Went to see Sabine for anxiety . I was reaching a point where going to the shops was becoming very stressful, even just for a carton of milk. Found her website, and gave her a go. I was really impressed and surprised at how comfortable I felt with her, to discuss something that I was too embarrassed to mention to freinds. I can highly recommend her. Give her a go, it is truly worth it.

I write this as someone who came to my first appointment in the following condition: 1) this hocus pocus probably won't do much, if anything for me 2) I felt so grotty and hopelessly entangled with various issues that I may as well give it a try. It was my Dad who encouraged me to go the first time... Well I couldn't have been any more wrong. Sabine is a very nice friendly lady, and whatever this hypnotherapy exactly is, she is without any doubt very good at it. I have now been a total of maybe 5 or 6 times, and can say that the problems I initially presented are now thankfully a memory. Sure I
