Services
Poppets Day Nursery will strive to give our children a safe, caring, lovely environment in which to play, learn, be themselves and flourish. We will walk hand in hand with them during their time with us to support the developmental journey already started at home. We are committed to providing quality childcare in a setting where the children can feel happy, loved and supported.
The fees include all meals - breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, high tea, desserts and drinks throughout the day of water and cows milk. Fees do not include nappies, wipes, creams and formula baby milk, which you are asked to provide. Fees are payable monthly in advance on the first of every month with our preferred billing method being direct debit or bank transfer.
Here at Poppets we pride ourselves on having hugely dedicated, caring and highly qualified staff. We are confident that they are amongst the best in their field and would encourage you to visit the setting so that you can see them in action. As well as those fully qualified to Level 3 in childcare, we have degree qualified and current students with us and trainees of the highest calibre.
Our Rising Stars room is split into two smaller rooms, each room holds a maximum capacity of 12 children, one room being in our main building and the other is a log cabin with built in air conditioning. The room has an additional free flow outside classroom, where the children are able to choose and set up activities of their own choice.
We all know a nutritionally balanced diet is essential to ensure children get the vitamins and energy that will support not only their activities throughout the day but their development in these crucial first years. We at 'Poppets' take our responsibility very seriously and provide our children with breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and high tea, all prepared in our on-site kitchen by a dedicated chef.

After viewing a few local nurseries Poppets really stands out, our daughter has now been going to Poppets for a month and we are so frilled how happy and excited she is to go to nursery. All the staff are so friendly and very helpful. The facilities are brilliant. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

We recently moved to the area and were a bit worried about moving the girls to a new nursery but we really couldn't be happier at Poppets. My eldest has gone from hating going to “school” at her old nursery to not wanting to leave Poppets when I come to pick her up. The staff are all wonderful and genuinely care for the kids, and the activites they put on are amazing - imaginative, creative and fun. Thanks guys!
