Services
We have been looking at how we can improve access to Practice services; DoctorLink is our new online service where you can access advice and appointments on line. For all urgent appointments, we ask that you undertake a symptom assessment through DoctorLink. The outcome of your assessment will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, nurse or self care.
The NHS has launched an innovative new service to help you find the right treatment, especially when you are not sure what to do or who to contact. Whether you have a baby with a high temperature, a child who is being sick, a teenager who is feeling low or you have sprained your ankle and for many other health problems, the ground-breaking Health Help Now web app can guide you to the service that will help you best.
One reason is the number of patients who book appointments and then do not cancel and do not turn up. Currently if you have a mobile phone you will receive a text to show the appointment has been booked 24/48 hours before to remind you of your appointment.
We also have a dedicated line 24 hours a day that you can leave a message to cancel your appointment and there is the appointments on line that you can sign up for and book and cancel your appointment at your convenience.

I joined the practice recently and they told me they would organise my vaccination due to being in a high risk group, weeks later told me I have to do via 119 national number causing needless delay. Speaking to the lady a few doors down they have a history of mismanagement like this which forced them to move. I will be joining them.

Absolutely excellent GP Surgery - total professionals, fantastic and well trained staff who do regular training and CPD, well lead by the excellent Practice Manager who cannot do enough to help. Fantastic admin team, great atmosphere, and altogether a superb group of people. A real credit to Croydon. Thanks for all your hard work.
