Simon Manning should not be allowed to drive, let alone teach anyone else to. His car, registration FG66 GSZ, passed me at speed yesterday with less than a metre distance while I was cycling. It's no wonder we have a problem with drivers not respecting cyclists needs if this is the standard he adheres to.
