Trans Plant Training Limited was established in 1992 in Exeter, Devon and offered lorry and fork lift truck training. In 1994 Transplant Training Limited merged with Mastertrain of St. Austell and from that date we have traded as Trans Plant Mastertrain. The company has steadily grown and at present employs sixteen staff and has gained partnerships with local colleges, and a vast array of loyal local companies throughout the south west.

Construction Plant Training Report

Trans Plant Mastertrain can offer two types of mobile plant and JCB training qualification. Both mobile plant and JCB training opportunities cover your legal duties and obligations for training and certification and supports your insurance needs. The CITB CAA route is recognised nationally in the construction industry.

Forklift Truck Training Report

At Trans Plant Mastertrain we have been providing the highest level of fork lift truck training for over 25 years offering training at our purpose built training facility in Exeter or at customer premises. The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 and the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 require fork lift truck operators to be trained in the use of their equipment.

First Aid Training Report

Variety of high-tech training resources including a Phillips Heart restarter defibrillator (AED). For over 25 years we have been providing training, listened to your feedback and adapted the course and environment that suits you. The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work.

I did my C+E last week with Chris at MT. Chris was extremely patient with me and adapted to how I would learn best. The whole week was made really fun and full of laughter, I was gutted it had to come to an end. I can’t recommend them enough.
I would also recommend Steve who helped me yesterday master my reverse which gave me my pass.

I trained this week with transplant and whilst the instructors were very nice and professional that’s where the positives end really, the way the place is run is a shambles, communication is non-existent and just generally a poor organisation. Firstly I asked what time we started and finished each day as there is no itinerary sent out at all, I was… advised I would finish at 4.30pm each day which is fine so I was very surprised when on the first day the instructor told me at 12.30 we are done… when I asked why he said he’s a sub contractor and only been booked for half

Class C Licence Pass After 2.5 Days Intensive Training.
From the very first enquiry email I sent, the customer service from Trans Plant Mastertrain has been nothing short of excellent.
I have completed ADR + Tankers and 35 hours Driver CPC courses, plus an intense 2.5 days 1 to 1 driver training.
They train you to drive a lorry safely, not just to pass a test.
Cannot recommend them enough!

I've recently had the pleasure of obtaining my Fork Lift, Reach and Class 2 licences through this company.
Roy is an excellent instructor and professional through and through. His dedication and drive is what got me through the course to a successful outcome.
Simon is first rate and did my Reach Truck training on site at work. Again extremely dedicated and helpful throughout the day.
The guys in the office, especially Brad, are supportive and helpful and always on hand to answer questions when needed. Plenty of fun banter between them all too.

I have learned a lot from John and Roy. It's been an amazing and scary experience. My only criticism is that a trainer told the group things that were incorrect, but hopefully after speaking to Roy that trainer has been spoken to and correctd. I would recommend them any day.
