Located on the scenic South Devon coastline, Babbacombe and the English Riviera has been one of the UK's top holiday destinations since Victorian times and it's easy to see why. Along the Torbay coastline are 19 beaches to choose from, ranging from wide sandy beaches through to private, secluded coves.
This famous zoo is a great way to view animals in their natural habitat. The zoo's emphasis is on conservation and environmental concerns and is sure to keep adults and kids alike amused and interested all day. Located in Plymouth, around 45 minutes drive from Torquay, is the National Marine Aquarium.
Dartmouth is one of the most beautiful towns in England and is surrounded by many small villages such as Kingswear, Dittisham and Blackawton, and pretty coastal villages like Stoke Fleming, Strete, Slapton, Torcross, Beesands, Beeson and Stokenham.
You will find charming timeless villages by the rivers in the valleys and more by the coast that have some of the cleanest beaches in Britain, you can get leaflets for how to explore the area by public transport, by bicycle and on foot are available at the tourist office.

Wonderful staff, everywhere spotless. I stayed in room 70 nice and quiet.
Food very good for meat eaters. Im veggi so no choice, although what was served was nice. Lovelyto see fresh fruit salad for breakfast
E Entertainment first 2 nights poor, lasr 2 nights very good.
This was my secondvisit with Majestic tours,, self drive. Will stay again.
I stayed 23-27 Dec. Lovely pen as gift, also chocolates on table for everyone.
Christmas decorations classy.
I didn't have room service, my choice

Excellent accommodation. My room was spotlessly clean and excellent food both breakfast and evening meals. The only downside is that the staff are too keen to clear tables. They took away an unfinished pint when I went for a toilet break (though they gave me a free half to compensate) and took my pot of coffee away from my breakfast table when I went to get some toast so they had to bring another one.

After a very difficult 18 months for my parents who are approaching 90 , I contacted the hotel in advance to give them a little background information and ask if I could pay to upgrade them as they are… celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary. I was told that they had the best room and that an upgrade wasn’t possible. I expressed our wish to ensure they felt special during their stay. On their arrival today, they are not people to complain, but they have expressed their extreme disappointment to us about the size of their room, it’s tiny. Their friends’ room by comparison

The hotel was lovely, the room was gorgeous. The bar and night staff were very kind (letting us have batteries when we forgot to bring our own). However the food didn't seem fresh and we felt a bit rushed sometimes when staff were clearing our table the second we finished eating.
In general, the experience was lovely however some attention to detail would do it well
