This hotel has charm, class, and great staff. It is in a fantastic location near the train station and a two blocks from the Market street mall.
The staff could not have been nicer.

We cannot stop thinking about how amazing this hotel was for our wedding weekend. We stayed Thursday-Monday and could not have gone better. The winter decor was one thing but the service was also top notch. We will be back for sure (maybe for our 1 year anniversary!)

Super convenient if you’re flying into Denver. You can take the train from the airport to union station and the hotel isn’t even a block away. Very unique atmosphere with excellent coffee in the morning. Loved it.

Room was wonderful but be careful of the fine print when booking a package—there’s fine print about charges not included in the room rate. The confirmation doesn’t reflect anything but the room rate. Imagine getting hit with $130 more that the room rate. Very disappointed and won’t go back.

This is the most lovely hotel in the City, period. I have stayed here multiple times and have found it to be undeniably welcoming and comfortable. It will always be in style long past the trendy and faux flashy that is available in the same price range. It's a piece of history that I get to be a part of. Worth every penny. Say hi to Flo the Canary for me when you stay there. She'll know.

Hotel-wise: I love the typewriter on the second floor, the free envelopes, the old hotel key system, and how the bathrooms match my family's bathroom in their early 1900s rectory. They have a whiskey barrel sharing program with Laws, and it tastes great. They have a real Remington bronze sculpture here. They have a FINCH THAT SINGS IN THE MORNING. They have a nice, non-pretentions workout room. THEY HAVE A SPA. From 5PM to 7PM, they have free whiskey tastings. And I've never been disappointed with their selection. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Colorado. I've been absolutely

Incredible stay here with my fiancé! We were in town for when the Eagles beat the Broncos and were very pleased with the great service we received! Check out The Cruise Room! The hotel also offered free Tesla rides to anywhere we wanted to go within a 2 mile radius! The room itself was a bit smaller but that was to be expected in a hotel that is 130 years old. We loved our stay and would return!

All the staff here are awesome, friendly, and accommodating! The nightly bourbon tasting was excellent and fun.
The room was great - our only complaint was that the air conditioner didn't really work that well, and seemed like it couldn't really get below above 70-75, despite it being set to the lowest setting at 60.

The ambiance and location are perfection! Came here for the giant old school claw-foot bath tubs and room service - was not disappointed! Bonus - the staff went above and beyond, Special thanks to Savannah for ensuring a great experience! Will certainly be back.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your hotel. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't regret it.
Quaint hotel with history. They kept it nice and modern to an extent without sacrificing its history. Nice clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Great location in Downtown Denver.

I've never before written a review, but this hotel needs one. This is literally a dirty motel. The front desk first cancelled our reservation and didn't have anything ready when we arrived. They then put us in a cramped room that felt like a broom closet. The room smelled TERRIBLE, like made us nauseous terrible, the bedding was ragged and the towels were so dingy, worn out, and off white. When we went to the desk to request to leave because my friend is pregnant and was literally sick from the smell, the front desk was extremely rude, and said all he could do was put us in a different

Stay elsewhere.
Got there prior to check-in and was told I could put my things in a holding area. The holding area was the room where the continental breakfast was served. No one around to look at bags, no one to give you a bag tag, about 15 suitcases already there. So I left my backpack and suitcase and saw some sights. When I returned, suitcase was there but no backpack.
Front desk said there was nothing they could do but come back in morning to talk to the manager (common theme at the hotel is to delegate). In the morning, the manager said he couldn't view the cameras of the holding

The location is just excellent ( 2 min walk from the tube - very close to many good restaurants and bars).
The service is acceptable and though nobody seems to be English in this place, they try to be helpful as much as they can.
Rooms are terribly tiny and our triple room had 3 tiny beds. Breakfast is very basic but included in the very reasonable room charge.
Stay in to sleep and have a shower and stay out to enjoy London !

Once I arrived here, I was greeted by a receptionist who had her earphones in and didn't even look up. The other fellow behind the desk was chatting on the phone for about 10 minutes before I started to walk out, and then he stopped to help me. And the only room he said would be available was almost 3 times that of most of the available rooms I had seen offered online. With poor service like that, I don't think that place is worth while for more than an emergency stay.
