Whether you are new to training, or returning having had your baby, we offer a range of exercises and circuit-based classes to suit your fitness, strength and weight loss goals. Mum & Me Fitness classes are unique because you can bring your babies along too, so there is no need to arrange childcare.

Services
Tam is an experienced PT with boundless enthusiasm and energy. She is specifically qualified in pre and post-natal fitness and has worked with hundreds of women to help them regain their fitness after having babies. Tam is an inspiring trainer who loves working with Mums to get super fit and set a fabulous healthy example to their little ones.
In addition to our Mum & Me Fitness Classes, we also offer personal training for individual, couples or small groups. If you want to work on specific goals or want to add some personalised training sessions, then working with an experienced PT is perfect. Our personal training team are all passionate about helping you push yourself to be stronger, fitter, faster and ultimately happier!
Cooking, eating, sharing; food is an amazing thing. We want you to enjoy eating healthily as a way of life, and not just a quick fix. We don't believe in being really strict with yourself or on jumping on every diet bandwagon that comes along. As with most things in life, finding balance is key. By balance we mean a way of eating that makes you feel good and that you can maintain, all the time!
