Free Spirit Fitness are a dedicated team of Fitness Professionals. We are comprised of experienced Personal Trainers and Yoga Instructors. All determined and committed to improving your health and fitness! We have also partnered with a Physiotherapist and a Nutrition Coach to offer you a complete wellbeing service.

Armed with expertise in everything from core training to nutrition and yoga, we can tend to your every need to ensure that your training program is perfectly balanced and tailored to your needs. In order to improve our rehab programs, we have partnered with professionals who can support you when you're not training.
Services
If you have decided that you want to commit to 1, 2 or 3 sessions weekly then our Pay Monthly sessions are perfect for you. You simply set up a standing order for the beginning of each month. There is no minimum sign-up period so you can stop sessions and payment at any time and if you want to reduce or increase session frequency at any point, you can.
Get the structure and motivation you need to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Yoga21 is a 21 day programme designed to help you establish healthy habits that will last a lifetime. MORE CORE is a four week strength and conditioning program designed to strengthen you from the inside out.
I have been Personal Training now since 2009. My motivation to become a Personal Trainer stemmed from the love of the new-found freedom I found from losing weight and enjoying my body in my latter years at university. I changed my psychology from wanting to make my body look a certain way to wanting it to be able to perform simple tasks like running, squatting and press-ups.
My passion for Health and Fitness is what drives me to deliver consistently high quality of exercise session to every client. I am continually expanding my current knowledge through research and take great pride in creating varied and exciting sessions. I would describe my Personal Training sessions as fun, but productive!
My goal is to provide the highest quality of training in order to respond to clients needs and issues throughout their life. Fully-certified since 2012, I've been successfully coaching clients globally and throughout the U.K, facilitating their fitness journey, nutritional understanding and self-growth.

Over the last two years I've done group PT sessions with Victoria and the rest of the team plus the occasional yoga session.
They have been excellent in keeping me motivated through the sessions and changing enough stuff around to keep them feeling fresh.
Victoria has also been able to adapt sessions to deal with injury, helping me keep fit while I recover.
I would happily recommend them.

Training with Victoria has been a pleasure. She did an amazing job of assessing my goals, and coming up with training for me while we were restricted to video calls during lockdown. When I started suffering from RSI and those plans had to be abandoned she came up with alternatives which kept me engaged and getting stronger while still working towards my original goals, even though I could not directly train for them.
She's always very supportive, and great at helping me train through and around everything life throws at me.

I’ve been doing pregnancy yoga with Victoria since my 5th month pregnancy and I absolutely love it !
Victoria always tries to adapt the class to my needs and makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the whole class. I always feels so relaxed after each class and cannot wait for the following session.

I’ve been doing group personal training with Victoria (and occasionally the wonderful Laura) for over a year now. Our sessions are well structured, flexible to the group, and hugely enjoyable.
Victoria is a really compassionate trainer with a huge amount of knowledge of how the body works and moves. She combines her experience as a yoga instructor into the classes to help maintain flexibility, and thanks to this I feel the strongest and most toned I’ve ever been. This yoga experience also means that she could tailor my training to focus on a personal goal of achieving handstands.

I have trained with Vicky and for the past 10 years and I can say in all honesty it had been the best training experience I’ve had. Vicky has tailored my sessions to the various health and physical needs that life brings and in the current lockdown situation she has once again risen to the challenge. Training on zoom has been an excellent way of continuing my workouts and Vicky made the experience stimulating and fun.
Being able to continue training whilst in lockdown has also encouraged me to do a couple of extra sessions whilst I have the time. The online support the Free spirit team provide

Victoria is an inspiration, who I would highly recommend to anybody seeking a healthy balanced lifestyle through yoga. I started training with Free Spirit fitness in June 2019 and have found my weekly sessions to be rewarding and as enjoyable as these things can be!
I'm very overweight and so there are certain things I can't do but Free Spirit have always been considerate and kind. I've never felt judged about how I look or what I can or can't do. The team tailor each session to support and challenge me without it feeling impossible. They care about my welfare and make time to ensure I'm ok mentally and physically.
One of my favourite things about Free Spirit is the variety. I hate the idea of doing the same

I never considered a personal fitness trainer until I found myself the sole, full time carer for my husband, unable to attend my usual yoga classes. I started working with Victoria about 6 months ago and wonder why on earth I didn't do this long ago. I really look forward to our sessions. They are fun but challenging. It didn't take Victoria long to find my limits and push me to them! As we hit lockdown, we moved from home visits to Zoom and from pure yoga to 'yogafit' in order to include a wider range of fitness issues. Instead of deteriorating as I might have done during this period, I feel energised

Victoria and the team have been brilliant, always very motivating and we never do the same training session twice which keeps things fun and fresh. Sometimes it’s hard after a days work to motivate yourself to go to the gym but having the team come to your house then there is no excuse. We have quickly learnt that you never regret a PT session! I would recommend to anyone, especially those who are beginners or who have been out of the game for a few years, no matter your fitness level they will meet your needs but still always pushing so you see improvements quickly.
