Services
Working hours are 4 on 4 off days Regular. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production requirements within our client's. This role is office based at 39 hours per week. Decide, plan and control all technical issues related to assigned project and support the Program Manager in.

We approached this agency to recruit a supervisor for our food company . We paid £4500 agency fees and were promised the real deal which turned out to be quite the opposite . No references were supplied and the chap was clearly out of his depth . We were promised references which never materialized despite several requests . We were promised a performance review after 2 weeks but Chris , our contact at Cantour Talent , never showed. The employee ended up leaving and we contacted Jamie at Cantour talent to be told there was nothing he would do about the situation and it was tough luck .

Very rude,they treated me bad every time I called,no communication whatsoever ,they will not answer phone if you have to sort out pay or holiday,very short notice on changing shifts
If you try to sort out pay or holiday with them they will say we will call you back but they never call back.
They will not tell you how many holidays you got left,even after several calls they still didn't know how many holidays I had left.
Missed a few payments, payslips are not showing exactly what they paying .
I would definitely not recommend working with them.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Candour Talent Ltd recently. Very short notice to start work and not enough info. They failed to let me know that I wasn't supposed to show up to work the next day after being let go because the member of staff 'forgot'. I had to keep onto them to get an application form even after I started working.
I feel humiliated about the whole experience and won't be using Candour again.
