My daughter had an appointment yesterday afternoon, he was rude, shouting and had me and my daughter in tears.. told me I needed to rush her to the hsopital because of how bad her eyes was, asked her none of the questions on his report and told me she was hours away from losing her eye sight.. i took her to the hospital and they was gob smacked at how we had been treated.. he checked her eye once and it was no where near as bad as he stated in the room.. safe to say I won't be using them again.. not professional in the slightest..
