Disappointed, frustrated and appalling behaviour by the owner that gave my Nephew 20 minutes to pack up and vacate his room. A room my twin sister had booked up from the 30th to the 3rd August. Unbeknownst to my sister, the owner had only booked them for two days (30th to 1st) rather than the four days she'd asked. Why? Also why didn't he ask my sister to vacate their room on the 1st or even the following morning. Seems to me he's too much of a moral coward that would rather confront and bully a 16 year kid. Inexcusable way to treat my family that are returning patrons to the Denewood Hotel and

Handily located but really run down b&b in Bournmouth.
Although the reception area looks quite nice, the rooms on the top floor were really tired looking. The bed was very lumpy and broken & I had to move around a lot to find a position which was vaguely comfortable. It's a good job there weren't two of us.
