Under new ownership, The Martins has continued to provide the personal and professional service for which they were renowned, with the emphasis being on personal service and care. The team devote themselves to giving professional help and support to the community at all times, either in the client's home or at our funeral home.
Our staff are now able to make funeral arrangements in our office, however this is by appointment only. We are permitting TWO PEOPLE only in our office at any one time. Social distancing and sanitation measures are in place and must be adhered to. These measures are to protect everyone. We will still continue to offer funeral arrangements over the phone, email or by post if preferred.
At The Martins, we believe that a funeral service should honour your loved one and reflect the person you remember them to be. We will work closely with you, taking time to listen to your stories and memories so that the service is a reflection of their life from start to finish.

I would give them more than 5🌟they are absolutly fabulous, have a lovely calm way of taking you through each stage of your funeral plans. Vicky & partner are so caring and nothing to is too much to ask. Everything is taken in your time after the passing of a loved one. The service for my Mam was beautiful and how i wanted it to be i would highly recommend the Martins as they are there for you to make the celebration of life for your loved one a loving memory thank you Vicky for making it so simple and easy for me xx

We recently lost our dear Mum and Martins were specified in her plan. We could not be happier with the service provided by Adrian and his team. From the first meeting with Adrian we were treated with the utmost care and respect and it made a very difficult job a lot easier knowing that we and Mum were in safe hands.
Natalie produced a lovely order of service and added some floral touches at our request.
Jackie Church of Church's florist in Handcross was also lovely and created the most breathtaking display of flowers for the willow casket we chose and other arrangements for our family and friends

Martins Funeral Directors have been so helpful and caring in the process of arranging my mums funeral and on the day itself.
Vicky has walked me through the whole process of getting everything sorted. I hadn't a clue what to do but Vicky was patient in explaining everything to me and the family when we needed help understanding what to do next.
Natalie made us a beautiful order of service and the flowers that were arranged for us were stunning.
Ian & Graham drove myself and the close family in the limousine to the crematorium and handled the procession with decorum and respect. They kept us

My goodness. I just don't know what to say.
Vicky, and the team guided us through the process of saying farewell to our Dad with such care, patience and expertise, that I can't thank them enough.
The lads on the day were exceptional, and the whole thing went flawlessly. I can't recommend them enough.

. We used this family run funeral director's for my father, staff were very sympathetic and so kind, really took a lot of the stress away as they help you to think of stuff that at the time you can't bear to think about. Helped us with flowers..choosing coffin and sorting out service etc. I can't fault them at all. I highly recommend to you to reach out to The Martin's you won't be disappointed.

Adrian and the Team and Natalie truly surpassed themselves Adrian knew our requirements as soon as he met myself and my sister arranging dad’s send off he also had ideas which we never thought of and made the arrangements beautifully which we and the family are extremely grateful it made the process much easier and bearable to cope with he became a friend and I’m extreemly grateful for all your help, kindness, sympathy and much more , even the Minister was matched to our persona - thank you Adrian for putting up with us you kept it jovial which dad and we wanted and this helped us so much organising
