Easter Ross Vets are regulated by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, and accredited to the Practice Standards Scheme - so you can have confidence that we're offering the very highest standard in care.
To become accredited, we volunteer for rigorous assessment every four years and have met or exceeded a range of minimum standards including hygiene, 24-hour emergency cover, staff training, certain types of equipment and cost estimation procedures.

Should you experience an emergency during our normal Practice opening hours, please call your nearest branch for advice and assistance. If you need emergency assistance outside of our normal opening hours, either at night or at the weekend, you should still call your normal Practice phone number. You will be directed to our out of hours answering system, where you will speak to our on-call Vet.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
At Easter Ross Vets we aim to provide a proactive and professional service to farms of all sizes and are keen to engage with clients and provide support through developments in the farming industry. We strive to be approachable for advice, and as part of this we hold a cattle and sheep discussion meeting over the winter months, to which all clients are warmly invited.
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.
