Non-urgent appointments such as boosters and neutering will be postponed until we are back in a lower tier. During opening hours please contact the surgery as normal on 01349 863117. Please be patient if the telephone is engaged or not answered immediately as limited staff are on duty. Please ensure your dog has a snugly fitting collar or harness and lead, and your cat is in a secure cat carrier when bringing it to the surgery.
No clients are permitted to enter the surgery building, to reduce social contact and the amount of time spent cleaning the surgery between patients. We would also remind clients to give us 3 working days' notice when requesting repeat prescriptions. Please note that where an emergency prescription is required because medication is running out and no notice is given, we reserve the right to charge an "emergency prescription" fee at our discretion.

I called them understand emergency circumstances. They were very kind and polite on the phone even though they couldn't see me they still listened to all the symptoms of my dog and prescribed him a medication which made him feel better. Definitely recommend them. Great service all about the pet and not greedy like most places I have visited.
