The Rock House Hotel is a family run Hotel is located in the coastal town of Lossiemouth, Moray. Moray is in the North East coast of Scotland which is famous for many things including its Golf Courses and Distilleries. There are a number of visitor attractions right on our doorstep. The hotel is close to the centre of town and is just a short walk from one of the towns two beaches in one direction and the Moray Golf Course in the other.

The hotel is open all year round offering Bed & Breakfast, with occasional Special Offers and Weekend Breaks available. Lunches & Evening Meals are also available daily in our Lounge Bar and weather permitting, beer garden. Whether you are visiting Lossiemouth for a family break, a golfing holiday or for business, the Rock House Hotel offers a relaxed and comfortable environment for your stay.

The Rock House Hotel has 8 bedrooms in total, 1 single room, 1 double room, 2 twin rooms, 2 family for 3 rooms and 2 family for 4 rooms. All hotel guests have access to our Fibre Optic WiFi throughout the Hotel, there is no additional charge for this service. Our single room, although not en-suite, has a separate bathroom which is exclusive to this room.
The Rock House bar has a pool table, games machines, juke box and comfortable seating as well as a beer garden to the front of the premises. We stock a wide variety of draft and bottled ales, stouts and lagers as well as spirits, soft drinks and freshly brewed coffee. All snacks and meals are freshly prepared on the premises.
There is a large function room available at the Rock House Hotel which is suitable for a variety of uses including funeral teas, birthday parties, wedding meals and dances, corporate events, race nights and more. The rental cost for the hall is completely FREE and there is a full bar and catering if needed, CONTACT US for details and prices.
Whether fly fishing is your thing or you prefer to cast off from the beach the North-East of Scotland has some beautiful areas for the keen fisherman, or woman. As well as golf and fishing, Scotland is world famous for it's whisky and a huge number of the distilleries that produce these whiskies are in the Moray area.

Food oh a a high quality and very cheap. No way you could spend even 30 quid a gead for a huge meal for dinner. A huge suft and turf is only 16 quid. Beds are good. Shower power is good

Great little hotel, I stayed here for work and it was everything I needed it to be. Prices for hotel were very reasonable, The food was very enjoyable and great quality, It was also very good value for money. Staff were very friendly & happy to serve.

Food was lovely. Staff were really nice. But the restaurant needed decorating a big like being in the 70s.
