A Healing Diet and Herbal Prescription consultation reviews any patterns of imbalance found from an Integrative Health perspective, whether emotional, mental or physical, that may be resolved through diet changes and particular medicinal herbs or supplements.

This applies to your first Cold Laser Therapy and Electro-Acupuncture, Wellness Assessment and Healing Diet and Herbal Prescription treatments. For all other treatments or follow-up appointments it is fine to arrive at the appointment time.
