I am a highly qualified and experienced Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor based in Little Haywood, near Rugeley, between Lichfield, Stafford and Cannock. I have extensive experience of working with individuals, couples and young people, covering a wide range of issues, including Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Couples Counselling, Self Esteem and Bereavement.
I am Registered and Accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I also hold a busy counselling clinic at a GP's surgery. It can be hard to take the first step towards resolving our difficulties, but many people find it surprisingly easy to overcome their reluctance in an environment that is relaxed, accepting, non-judgemental and confidential and to build a trusting relationship.
