The aim is to ensure that all clients are insured correctly and if the worst ever happens, disaster strikes, whether to property or health I will be there to provide all the necessary help and support required. Something that is sadly lacking in our industry. To be there for the client when needed the most at the point of claim and not left hung out to dry.
Now that the claim that the flood claim you handled for me is over, I had to commit to writing my appreciation for all that you have done in the 7 months we have know each other. We've been with Steve for over 10 years. He goes the extra mile for his clients. We first used him to pursue a household insurance claim - which he did successfully - and have since relied on his advice for our house insurance. Recently, Steve has advised us on our options for our life insurances. He really made us think about what we wanted and needed and took care of it from there, getting us quotes and then policies that we are very happy with. We would recommend him highly - indeed, we have often done so.
