Insurance 4 Car Hire
Car hire excess insurance is an optional insurance coverage which can protect you from the excess costs that you are required to pay in the event that your hire car is damaged or stolen. As an example, if your excess with the car rental company were 500 and you needed to make a claim, you would pay the rental company 500 and they would pay the remaining cost of the claim.

You'd then claim back the 500 you paid, through insurance4carhire's online claims process.

What a fantastic service they offer. I have an annual policy and have had to use it on numerous occasions due to incompetent car hire companies, even where the car hire company has clearly charged too much for minor damage. Claim submitted and paid into my bank in under a week! Great work. Recommended!

I rented a car for the first time and luckily someone recommended that I should get your insurance - I was charged €96 for a small scratch. The claim process was straight forward and I heard back in 3 days! Everything has gone through and I will be getting the money back shortly.

Got it and never looked back! I did have to make a claim when my car was broken into in Italy and the guys were helpful despite Europcar taking almost 2 months to produce the statement with all the charges. Will definitely be renewing my policy as this has already saved me hundreds of pounds.

To be fairly honest, I was a little sceptical at first, thinking the annual premium to be so affordable that the claim procedure couldn't be anything but incredibly difficult and complex. But the company came recommended to me by a relative and I was sick and tired of paying the rental companies' extra insurance.
Then it happened, had the smallest paint chip and was charged EUR193 by my rental. Was so surprised to receive a nice email within days that my claim had been accepted and not a day later the money had already been transferred to my account. Incredibly pleased and highly recommend anyone

Great service. Haven't had to use it so far, but glad I have it in place. Comprehensive cover at what I believe are very reasonable prices. Really easy to arrange too.
