This means that we are committed to understanding and optimising the client's preferences in terms of insurance cover and to accommodate this with the right price. We would rather promote client loyalty than commission, compared to some other intermediary models.
TEn Insurance Services is majority owned by its employees, via an Employee Ownership Association (EOA). TEn is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), the premier professional organisation in the insurance and financial services industry. We are covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
