Well, it wasn't (really) that far away and it wasn't just a hope, but in 2001 People Prospect Solutions was born. So, 16 years on and we're one of the leading recruitment-to-recruitment agencies on the South Coast. Louise is the Managing Director of People Prospect Solutions. Back in 2001 she was inspired by the lack of rec2rec consultancies in Hampshire and the surrounding area.
As one of the leading recruitment to recruitment agencies on the South Coast we have our roots firmly embedded in the New Forest. Here at People Prospect Solutions we have over 3 decades of experience working within the South Coast recruitment sector. We wouldn't be in this industry if we didn't love every second of it, and throughout our professional lives we've regularly placed candidates at all levels within the employment industry.
With over 30 years' industry experience between us, and a notable gap in the market when it came to recruitment-to-recruitment services, we worked together collaboratively shaping and growing the business to where it is today.
