Tom began his recruitment career in 2002 as a trainee recruiter, specialising in Housing Developers. He has been a team leader, managing consultant, branch manager and Director over the past nearly twenty years. He currently recruits for a select client base across the south coast and still has the same passion for recruitment after all this time!
He has always believed in his core values of honesty and integrity to deliver a strong reliable service, benefitting his clients and candidates with absolute continuity of an honest service thus being the foundation as to the way he works and operates. As a founder of FBR, Richard is the Director of the Trades and Labour Division and Business Development Director.
Danielle is our senior consultant who specialises in Office Recruitment, she possesses over 7 years' experience in recruitment and has a vast knowledge of the recruitment market. Danielle has worked with large accounts and SME's supplying categories from reception, secretarial, account managers and team leaders.

I would like to thoroughly recommend FBR Construction Recruitment. Having become very despondent with the recruitment process due to disappointing interactions with recruitment consultants in the past, I did not relish the prospect of having to engage again.

FBR are a breath of fresh air when it comes to recruitment.
Due to the global pandemic I recently had the experience of 1st being furloughed and then give notice of redundancy.
I made contact with a few professional agencies that had been very keen to add my CV to their portfolio, and then do nothing !
After a period of time where I became increasingly frustrated being bombarded with computer generated positions that had been total inappropriate and not suited to my needs or industry discipline, Mark and his team approached me and very soon after found the right opportunity for me.
