As with our Small Group Programs our sessions present you with the opportunity to experience the creativity and motivation of your trainer and the low participant numbers allow our instructors the ability to correct, and supervise you, whilst keeping your health and fitness in mind.In general, our Group Exercise Sessions are mostly for 60mins and are limited to 12 participants or less.

We will be training superheroes in Alive Gym Studio, with all money made from the classes going to charity, Oliver will be cutting hair all day, The Glow Juice. The charity has special meaning for one of our. Every Monday and Friday This Vinyasa flow Yoga class focuses on finding balance and flexibility through strength.

Been a member of several gyms in Brighton & Hove over the years and this one is by far the friendliest. It's not for posers or for muscle men. Instead, it's for those who genuinely want to keep fit or aim for a goal such as losing weight or reaching a particular personal sporting achievement. All the staff are great – they know their stuff and there is always someone on hand to ask about technique or the best way to use machines, weights or other bits and bobs. Been to a few of the classes. They are popular and I can see why. Whatever your level, you'll get something out of them and you can push
